Service Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 25 October 2025

1. General Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. FinanceEveryday allows cancellation of services and programs under the conditions outlined below.


2. Cancellation by the Participant

  • You may cancel your registration for any workshop or course by notifying us in writing at support@finance-everyday.com.

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date will be eligible for a full refund (subject to the Refund Policy below).

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date may incur an administrative fee or result in partial refund only.

  • If you fail to attend a workshop without prior notice, the full fee will be retained.


3. Cancellation by FinanceEveryday

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or postpone a program due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient participants, instructor illness, or facility issues. In such cases, participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • An option to attend a rescheduled session or alternative program.

FinanceEveryday will not be liable for any other costs incurred as a result of such changes.


4. Online Subscription Cancellations

For digital learning memberships, you may cancel your subscription anytime by emailing support@finance-everyday.com. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further payments will be charged.


Refund Policy

Effective Date: 25 October 2025

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available for services and programs that meet the conditions below:

  • You have cancelled your registration within the specified period in the Cancellation Policy.

  • The service was not delivered as described due to an error or cancellation by FinanceEveryday.

  • Technical issues prevented access to online learning materials that could not be resolved by our support team.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Completed or attended sessions.

  • Missed classes without notice.

  • Digital products or downloads once accessed.


2. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@finance-everyday.com within 14 days of the eligible event.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.


3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where a portion of the service has already been delivered or costs have been incurred by FinanceEveryday.


4. Non-Transferable

Refunds apply only to the original payer and cannot be transferred to another person or program.


5. Disputes

If you believe your refund has been wrongly denied, you may contact our support team for review. All refund disputes will be handled fairly and in compliance with Singapore’s consumer protection laws.
